CACTUS Training Courses

Course Structure
CACTUS Training will be instructed and will comprise of 2 training sessions over 2 days.

Each training session contains a number of activities which will are physically and mentally challenging and stimulating which allow the trainee to build confidence and develop life skills.

Ten Training Principles of Development Throughout CACTUS Training are:

What to bring:

  • water bottle
  • suitable footwear
  • sunhat or cap
  • suitable clothing to be active in

Ages:
13-18 years of age.

Gender:
Suitable for all genders male and female

Groups, Clubs, Teams:
